We haven't been a nation of laws ever since Theodor Roosevelt, and his Square Deal. Which,by the way, was in inspiration for the New Deal his cousin FDR implemented.
I will say, if socialized health passes,and the courts up hold as Constitutional, then we are officially a Banana Republic.
