Wish I could say "unbelievable," but sadly, in Illinois it is all too believable. Why would anyone with a brain want to live there?
Unreal! But I lived there. I am not surprised.
I lived right across the interstae from Oak Park for 10 years. Berwyn and Cicero are just as bad with crime etc. Stupidity rules there hand in hand with greed and corruption. The area is nothing more than a gang haven, figure out where the money comes from, hmmm. Been that way as long as I can remember....
Huh. Perhaps they can whistle dixie while they being robbed or rapped. For that is all about they be doing.
