I had a few thoughts on this matter. What if a Interpol police officer is killed after (unconstitutionally and unlawfully) entering home to search it? Would the residence be charged here, or over in the home country of the agent? What if Interpol kills an American - will they be completely scott free -and if so, how does the president explain that to the American people?

This how thing is just a bad idea, even for our peace officers, under the Patriot Act - it is bad.

We should follow the Constitution, and have those from foreign countries do the same.
