Heck why not all of it. We should have tobbaco - un-taxed. Alcohol-un-taxed.
In short, the ATF should be disbanned. Let the US Marshells or FBI do their job.
Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms should be the name of the corner store. Not a government agency.
