Well that would give me a third state to consider moving to. The other 2 are Vermont and Alaska which neither force law abiding citizens to ask for permission to exercise a God given (and constitutional) Right!

That is our job. We dropped the ball. We still are the owners and they serve us.
The 2nd already allows that for every state. To bad our leaders forgot they were supposed to defend it.
