I take my son to the VA clinic. I have never seen on any paperwork or been asked the question if he has a carry permit and trust me they ask some pretty stupid questions for the shape my son is in. We just had an appointment at the VA last week and was not asked any of the questions in the article. Hopefully for the veterans sake, none of this is true. Now if they ask this Marines Mamma the same questions.......
